Monitoring the usage of our consumables was identified as being critical in order to control  costs - not only the actual  cost of the consumables themselves but also the often hidden cost of a stores person in having to distribute the items and the subsequent record keeping requirements.

 When we first met e-Tradeway we had very little knowledge of the vending world – just that having a machine would enable our employees to have 24/7 access to the consumables they needed should the stores person be unavailable.  E-Tradeway asked for sample products and configured a machine at their premises, ideal for our needs. 

It wasn't long after the first machine had been installed that we quickly realised how much more efficient and cost effective it had made us and was so successful with all our employees that we ordered a second machine within a year!
